I’m really starting to get a handle on the whoe Search Engine Optimization (SEO) idea. After posting my blog posts I have been getting down to gathering backlinks and have built up some solid strategies using a combination of article marketing and social bookmarking as well as some sensible blog commenting. I have also been able to get myself a nice array of supporting websites to post valuable content into.
The whole game at the moment is about building up as many of my sites, hubs, lenses, articles, etc with links and content to try to make them as authoritative as possible. When they have their juice there’s no telling what we might be able to achieve. Some people might see it as hard work and meaningless drivel but it has given a completely different meaning to the Internet for me.

Just got off the online poker tables tonight and it was absolutely incredible out there. It seemed that every bad beat I could possibly get came my way. Flopped a flush? Someone chased to the river and beat me with a higher flush. Flopped a set? Someone chased and hit a miracle straight. Some nights are just like that. The occasional dumb call followed by the requisite crappy beat and I’ve had my first losing night in well over a month. Obviously I’m spoiled because I’ve felt the need to vent.
Damn you, you donks!

How to live with diabetes
The first step in learning to live with diabetes is finding all you can about the disease. After you have done this, you can work out a way to plan your life and activities in a way that will allow you to control diabetes and let it control you. A determination to do whatever it takes to live a normal life will come after you have accepted the fact that you have diabetes. The fact that you have diabetes should not mean that you cannot live a normal life and have a family, play sports, or have a career of your choice.
When you are first diagnosed with diabetes it can be an overwhelming experience and will require a lifestyle adjustment depending on how it will be managed. The important thing to remember is that you need not feel alone in fighting diabetes with many avenues of support available to you.

With so many important things to remember I find that if I don’t jot them down immediately I’ll forget them. Here at Carried Away I plan to make use of my surfing time by noting down sites and tools that I thnk are important enough to document.
It should result in a place where you can get a diverse array of useful information. Some posts may interest you, some may not, but with an eclectic array of categories and tags to follow, it should be pretty easy to navigate your way around.
